Component 1: Review of Service, advise and provide best practices management ALM in a DevOps world.
Description of the component: Overall summary analysis of ALM methodology and best practices as well as the use of tools for application quality assurance purposes aligned with the SDLC.
Objective: Evaluation and recommendation on various aspects of the Test Center at National Bank:
• Level of maturity towards SDLC best practices and foundation of ALM modules o Delivery Management

O Business and Functional Components
O Tests
O Environmental Management
O Anomalies
O SCM Integrations and DevOps Concept (CI, CT, CD)
• Tools (HP ALM, Software use level, tool administration, project / product flows and templates)
• Reports (Analysis and recommendations on test follow-up reports)
• Corporate Framework on Automation (UFT / BPT)
• Integrations (ALM-SolMan interface, Jenkins, Eclipse, Visual Studios, RTC etc.)
• Access (Structure of security roles in ALM)
Prerequisites: Access to the ALM environment, access to project admin / BD (SiteAdmin) and ALM in order to collect information.
Deliverables: A report will be delivered to National Bank with observations and recommendations (18-24 month development plan) and roadmap.
Component 2: Review of services, advice and best practices in automation in a DevOps world.
Description of the component: Overall summary analysis of the methodology and automation strategy as well as the use of tools for application quality assurance purposes.
Objective: To analyze the current use of automation in the bank and to ensure optimal implementation of tools in order to achieve National Bank's specific automation objectives by:
• • Supervising the bank's experts to perform automated tests with UFT according to industry best practices.
• • Briefly documenting areas that can be improved to achieve optimal return on investment from automation initiatives
• • Defining a simple working method for the development of automated UFT and / or UFT Pro tests (LeanFT)
• • Coordinating the "end-to-end" testing of the automated script (launch via ALM, analysis of results, log of error, execution on a second test environment, script maintenance, etc.)
Prerequisites: The prerequisite for this component will be that the targeted testers have a basic skill with targeted automation tools.
Deliverables: A report will be delivered to National Bank with observations and recommendations (18-24 month development plan) and roadmap.
Component 3: Review, Consulting and Best Practices Service Center in a DevOps world.
Description of the component: Overall summary analysis of the methodology and strategy around the management of the application performance as well as the use of the tools of execution of the tests of loads.
Objective: To analyze the current maturity of the performance test and to ensure optimal implementation of the tools in order to achieve the objectives specific to National Bank by:
• • Supervising the bank's experts in performance testing with Performance Center in accordance with industry best practices.
• • Summarizing the areas that can be improved to achieve optimal return on investment from validation and performance optimization initiatives
• • Defining a simple working method for developing test scripts.
• • Defining an optimal working method for the development of performance scenarios.
Prerequisites: The prerequisite for this component is that the target tester has completed the Performance Center or LoadRunner core training.
Deliverables: A report will be delivered to National Bank with observations and recommendations (18-24 month development plan) and roadmap.
