Description
We are looking for a resource that will participate in the testing effort of the CPL project, from here to the end of the project.
Under manager’s direction, the resource will be involved in the following activities:
Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding individual deliverables;Identify test requirements from specifications, map the test case requirements and design test coverage plan;Review test plan, test cases, test execution and documentation of all steps;Help on developing, documenting and maintaining functional test cases and tests artifacts, like the test data and data validation;Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications;Review test execution results and documentation;Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements;Isolate, replicate and document defects;Support the development team and verify defect fixes.Document the process, provide support and share knowledge with othersSkills
BS or BA degree preferred;Relevant QA testing experience;Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with teammates and other stakeholders;Organisational skills with the capability to work under pressure and perform;Ability to work in a team or individually;Able to create clear, detailed and concise test plan and test cases;Eager to learn, identify issues and propose solutions to resolve them.Other requirements
Experience with tools
o Microsoft Team Foundation Server;
o Microsoft Test Manager;
o MS Test in Visual Studio.
Assets
o Advanced knowledge of SharePoint capabilities, especially user-facing;
o Working in Agile mode
