Role Summary
Under the direction of the client's Big Data CoE General Manager, the Project Manager will:
Be capable to either manage a project using traditional project management or agile project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum)Be the focal point for all aspects of projects lifecycle management from the planning phase to the project closure phaseBe accountable for project planning, execution, scheduling, functionality, quality and costManage projects during the execution phase; this includes co-coordinating, supporting and/or directing all functional groups involved in the projects in order to meet objectives on deliverables, quality, costs and scheduleLeverage project governance and escalation process to meet project KPI’sRegularly review and communicate project progressPerform ongoing risk management activities and ensure that appropriate risks mitigation or proactive measures are implementedQualifications
Bilingual (French & English) (nice to have)Strong experience of all processes within the PMBOKVery good experience with Agile/Scrum methodology in large organizationHighly-organized individual, detail oriented and process-orientedAbility to work independently with limited supervisionAbility to work in an environment where priorities change frequentlyProcess analysis and continuous improvement experience (e.g. Lean improvement kata)Capability to adapt to a dynamic environment and quickly grasp organization processes and cultureCapacity to manage multiple and complex projectsSkills

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or in Engineering10+ years Project Management in the Telecom Industry or related experiencePMP & Agile/Scrum Master certifications an asset
