Role Summary
Under the direction of the Senior Manager of the OSS PMO & Governance, the Project Manager will:
Be capable to either manage a project using traditional project management or agile project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum) Be the focal point for all aspects of projects lifecycle management from the planning phase to the project closure phase Be accountable for project planning, execution, scheduling, functionality, quality and cost Manage projects during the execution phase; this includes co-coordinating, supporting and/or directing all functional groups involved in the projects in order to meet objectives on deliverables, quality, costs and schedule Leverage project governance and escalation process to meet project KPI’s Regularly review and communicate project progress Perform ongoing risk management activities and ensure that appropriate risks mitigation or proactive measures are implemented Qualifications
Bilingual (French & English) Strong experience in end-to-end Project Lifecycle DeliveryVery good experience with Agile/Scrum methodology Highly-organized individual, detail oriented and process-oriented Ability to work independently with limited supervision Capability to adapt to a dynamic environment and quickly grasp organization processes and culture Experience in managing multiple and complex projects Ability to work with remote teams Skills
Strong leadership, motivation, autonomy, initiative and efficiency Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise documentsFacilitation, negotiation & conflict resolution Excellent interpersonal relationship skills at all levelsProblem solving & analytical skills Education& Experience
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or in Engineering 10+ years Project Management in the Telecom Industry or related experience PMP & Agile/Scrum Master certifications an asset .
