We’re looking for an individual to fill a full time position (contractual) and join a young and motivated team facing multiple challenges. The main role of this person will be to engage with Bell clients who are commenting or asking questions regarding residential services on social media, forums and app stores, to improve their experience.

Representing the Bell Residential Services business unit, the employee will collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal) and external agencies to:

  • Do social listening of multiple digital platforms.
  • Develop answers to our clients’ questions/comments on these platforms.
  • Actively participate in the development of digital, communication and content strategy.
  • Develop quality content and ensure its consistency throughout various social media platforms, following the approved strategy.
  • Keep track of the industry’s best practices
  • Maintain regular performance reports, present them to the team and recommend any adjustments required.
  • Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, in English and in French.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in community management and/or content planning.
  • Demonstrate sound understanding of marketing communications principles, particularly in digital advertising.
  • Be proficient with the following software: Google Trends, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager
  • Demonstrate excellent creative judgment and attention to detail.
  • Have a degree/diploma in communications, marketing or related discipline
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results within a large company.
  • Have the ability to manage various projects and deadlines.
