The Training Design Specialist will be an individual with a 'hands on' approach to all facets of training. This role focuses on designing eLearning courses, leader led presentations and job aids for multiple retail channels as well as supporting the online learning management system.

Key Responsibilities include:

Training Design

  • Write engaging, informative and concise training content while adhering to Virgin Mobile’s tone of voice.
  • Design eLearning courses, job aids and presentations adhering to Brand guidelines.
  • Assist in building experiential live training sessions including brainstorming, content creation, activity and game design.
  • Training Support:

  • Support building assets and coordinating materials for live training events.
  • Maintain and distribute job aids to channels.
  • Track job aid lifecycle and update as required.
  • LMS Maintenance:

  • Assist in managing the eLearning course library in Virgin Mobile University (VMU) to ensure courses are accurate and complete.
  • Support the VMU mailbox and troubleshooting requests.
  • Schedule course reporting, distribute reports and track completion.

  • Degree or diploma (Business, Communications or Instructional Design preferred)
  • Experience using Articulate Storyline.
  • High attention to detail and excellent proof reading skills.
  • Solid communication skills – ability to synthesise content into simple and fun messaging.

  • Experience in video production
