Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Activity Plans
Working closely with key stakeholders to develop quarterly marketing plans, ensuring planned activities are grounded in dataDeveloping a deeper understanding of web/eDM data to help guide the team develop new internet-based marketing tactics Understand Bell’s IoT data, and use that data to further the IoT marketing group Analytics/Modeling
Work with large data volumes efficiently using SAS and Teradata to understand customer behaviour and quantify profitability, as well as work with summary analytics tools/reports (Tableau/Microstrategy) Provide analytical insights to answer questions from executives End-to-end ownership of projects from data analysis and modeling to strategy design and project implementation Manage and develop reporting to measure success of initiatives Presentations & People
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to socialize plans & create buy-in Build and deliver material to gain support and drive action among stakeholder groups, including the Executive team Further develop the team’s analytical abilities by facilitating learning sessions/self-serve analytics tools & reports
