Name and description of hiring department:

The client’s Information Technology team is responsible for the architecture, design, development and delivery of solutions for Service Assurance, Service Provisioning, Service Fulfillment, specifically for Field Services. We support the applications for Home Phone, Internet and TV services with a concentration around Field Services systems.

Lead software delivery initiatives including analysis, system integration, code reviews and testing. Identify opportunities that bring software solutions to bear on business problems that will be critical for helping the organization reach objectives.

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

To be effective in this role, your background, knowledge, skill and experience should include:

Lead technical design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions.

System integration, analysis, and consulting.

Troubleshoot and lead resolution of integration issues.

Analyze, design and optimize data processing programs/systems.

Establish technical documentation.

Qualifications and Competencies:

University degree in IT

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to adapt to change

Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment and deliver on “aggressive” timelines

Excellent team leadership; capacity to influence others.

Self-sufficient

Strong database skills: SQL & Oracle

Strong knowledge of system architecture

Strong development experience

Good communications skills (written, oral and presentation)

Project management and problem solving/analytical skills

Bilingual
