Job Duties / Accountabilities

Manage adhoc action plans for various coordination efforts (Eg AI Budget & YEE, Asset productifity)

Prime to build effective data collecting process and validation budget results

Manage and prepare budget targets and movements

Analyses yee variances with Delivery PMs. Addresses gaps through various mechanism (spot training, proactive analysis pre yee pull….)

Monitors monthly yee of program leveraging planners in Delivery teams. Identify gaps, analyse gaps and propose solutions and explanations of variances. Shared accountability with the delivery PMs to improve overall Yee quality and predictability (For capex, opex vendors.)

Performs historical analysis, trends and propose improvements for financial management

Knowns the numbers inside and out and how they evolve

Prepare and analyse monthly actual program results Capital & Expense

Reports on forecast to actuals and variances monthly and leads monthly comprehensive yee variance analysis

Critical Qualifications / Competencies

SAP Bell & Excel & Powerpoint Advance knowledge & Skills

Relentless attention to detail and accuracy

Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles

Understand subscriber metrics and financial information

Read and write financial results

Ensure accuracy and completeness of information

Establish processes to ensure simplicity and integrity of consolidated information

Proven ability to manage successful business relationships with peers in various departments & at different levels of management

Proven facilitation skills

Excellent communication skills both oral & written

Strong planning & organization skills

Proven leadership skills

Good understanding of IT

Working knowlegde of financial tools ( PEATS, eSpace)

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies

Bilingualism is an asset

Any experience in the System Technology and project environment is looked at favourably

Working knowledge of the Bell Canada organization and its financial statements.

Base level understanding of the Telecommunications industry.
