Description

Responsible for performing daily accounts receivable tasks to include:

Prepare daily bank deposits for 25 Quebec Radio Stations & Astral Out of Home Division.

Processing credit card transactions.

Manage EFT payments, including reconciliation to bank statement.

Applying all forms of payments to customers’ accounts.

Assist with various forms of reporting, reconciliation, customer and sales office inquiries.

Projects as assigned.
