Description

The Bell Mobility Mobile Devices & Logistics team is seeking an individual with management level business process, data analysis and reporting skills.

Critical qualifications and competencies include:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Retail and Call Centre support
  • Experience in the mobile / telecom service industry
  • Strong data analytical, root cause analysis, and reporting
  • Creative problem solving, planning, and execution
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Experience managing virtual teams and resources
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Accountabilities:

  • Data mining, analysis, and reporting
  • Execution and management of ongoing and planned projects and initiatives
  • Management of internal and external resources
  • Escalation management and executive communications
  • Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field.
  • Project Management (PMP) certification
  • Business Analysis / Lean Six Sigma experience
  • Bilingual ENG/FR (written and verbal) an asset
  • Bell, Virgin, The Source Retail Store experience
