The Bell Mobility Mobile Devices & Logistics team is seeking an individual with management level business process, data analysis and reporting skills.
Critical qualifications and competencies include:
Minimum 3 years experience in Retail and Call Centre support Experience in the mobile / telecom service industry Strong data analytical, root cause analysis, and reporting Creative problem solving, planning, and execution Demonstrated project management experience Excellent communication & presentation skills Experience managing virtual teams and resources Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Accountabilities:
Data mining, analysis, and reporting Execution and management of ongoing and planned projects and initiatives Management of internal and external resources Escalation management and executive communications Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
Post-secondary degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field. Project Management (PMP) certification Business Analysis / Lean Six Sigma experience Bilingual ENG/FR (written and verbal) an asset Bell, Virgin, The Source Retail Store experience
