Accountabilities:

  • Build and transform courseware used for new hire training and/or up skilling training of Field Technician
  • Complete front end analysis to determine most appropriate learning and testing strategy
  • Develop training material using a variety of delivery methods to a widely distributed Field audience
  • Facilitation of training workshops & train the trainer
  • Flag and influence opportunities for operational process improvements & transformation projects
  • Implement innovative ideas to continuously improve training and enrich our overall training program
  • Use data to develop innovative training approaches
  • Monitor & analyze training results to identify learning gaps and develop action plans
  • Partner with operational leaders to implement action plans based on findings
  • Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Training Design experience implementing a broad range of training delivery methods including video, simulations, face to face, blended and online
  • Proficiency in effectively using content development tools
  • Project management experience and excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to develop and influence others to develop and implement creative solutions for complex business issues with stakeholders at all level of management
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Bilingualism is mandatory (both written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
