Analysis, elaboration and modelling of role and the accesses with the HR systemImplementation Role Bases Access Control model ( RBAC) Analysis of business rules and engine of business rules Understanding of the processes and the technique Business Process management (BPM), Unified Modeling Language (UML), Visio, other LDAP, AD Knowledge COBIT, NIST Knowledge SQL Language and use of databases Knowledge on data transformation (tools as Pentaho, Talend, etc.) Knowledge of the legal frame, the standards and control concerning management and confidentiality of the information Analysis of data flow Responsibility:
Perform analysis, requirements, functional solution and recommendations on the roles, functions, access management Collect, identify the job descriptions and assure the optimization with an optimal management of the roles and the accesses, the functions Identify various source of profiles and roles and assure an optimal modelling of the roles and access Establish business rules and case, and traceability Document the requirement, process, flow, test case and guides. 7+ years experience. Experience in multiple business areas and on multiple project types and can incorporate interdepartmental dependencies and inpact into project. Leads and coaches other business analysts at all levels. Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems; Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements; Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems; Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
