  • Coaching a team. You will have the opportunity to support the team on how to get the most out of self-organization, while keeping the purpose and the objectives clear.
  • Connecting people together. You will bridge development teams, managers, agile coaches and project stakeholders.
  • Improving processes. You will work to continually improve processes and make things run tight!
  • And you want to…

  • Openly expose problems and turn them into learning and team bonding experiences.
  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving.
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, and you love to increase transparency and create a team spirit.
  • Influence and onboard internal and external partners in Agile project delivery.
  • Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
