We are seeking:
A Scrum Master with 2 years + of experience and a first level Scrum Master Certification. A master in coaching with the ability to raise your team’s game through your teaching. Someone with a vast toolbox of practices with the capacity to juggle them to fit the team’s needs. For example: Lean, Agile, Scrum & Kanban, Kata, Lean Startup, Human Centered Design. A candidate who is passionate for process improvement with an intimate relationship with limiting the WIP, and removing waste and roadblocks. An analytic spirit who sees a product/system as a series of small deliverables who has the ability to transfer this vision through workshops (story mapping, customer journey etc.). A realistic mind who can understand project administration needs and supports the team to complete their own. For example: budget forecasting, project charter, invoicing, etc. Someone with a good understanding of IT technologies (programming, cloud architecture, micro services, automation) and practices (DevOps, TDD, Continuous Integration, mob programming). An individual who can adapt to uncertainty and change with elegance. Bilingual French and English (written and verbal). If you have one of these, it’s even better: A good sense of humor! A sense of entrepreneurship and a pirate spirit. An interest in the latest and coolest technologies. The capacity to make things visible and practice graphical facilitation.
