The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative at AlarmForce is responsible for answering all incoming sales calls from potential customers and presenting the most appropriate AlarmForce products with a passion in order to drive new business.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound sales calls in English and French
  • Up sell additional solutions based on the needs of the customer
  • Meet monthly KPI’s/metrics consistently
  • Respond to requested customer callback’s
  • Capture all relevant information on CRM system to track opportunities and calls through to final disposition
  • Stay on sales script and follow sales policy and procedures on every call
  • Use probing questions to find out precisely what a customer needs
  • Stay up to date on all new AlarmForce services, products, and promotions in order to best service potential customers
  • Education / Experience Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Fully Fluent in English & French
  • Call center experience, preferred
  • Experience with CRM’s, an asset
  • Previous sales experience, beneficial
  • Competency Requirements
