The BRSB Channel Compensation Team at Bell Residential Services & Small Business is responsible for ensuring we offer competitive compensation that drives the right selling behavior, simple to understand, accurate and paid in a timely manner.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Channel Compensation, the Channel Compensation Support Analyst’s role is a 12 month contract role. Responsibilities are to complete monthly reporting, develop adhoc reporting that provides insight & assist with Bell Residential Services & Small Business payments & compensation inquiries when required. This role is a 12 month contract role
