Description

  • Responsible of customer requests received by phone and emails in a prompt, accurate and professional manner.
  • Handle any inquiries, which require investigation or follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring their confidentiality.
  • Qualifications include:
  • previous customer service experience,
  • excellent communication skills,
  • ability to handle tasks in a professional manner,
  • fluent in English and French.
  • Must be perfectly bilingual. - written and oral

  • Working in a small call center ( 4 people) .
