Bell Information Technology – Digital Customer Experience is responsible for the delivery of web based applications that serve wireless, residential and business markets. Bell.ca, Virginmobile.ca, LuckyMobile.ca, SoloMobile.ca are key sites that are within portfolio.
Position Overview:
Manage technical aspect and performance of the Bell.ca projects delivery for Consumer sites including Front-End, Middle-Tier and Back-End layers of the system

Job Duties/Accountabilities:
Responsible to build best in class continuous monitoring strategy for Bell.ca and MyBell Mobile App in other to identify quality and performance issues prior to being deployed to productionOwn the Dynatrace SFT system integrations, working closely with vendors and internal project teams and develop dashboards and automated solutions to identify performance issuesAnalyze and evaluate business and technical requirements and the proposed technology solution from quality and performance management standpointWork closely with development managers and project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions, focusing on ensuring that all committed customer requirements are met and are implemented according to high-level designResearching new technology and development approaches for continuous monitoring to remain abreast of current and emerging technologiesSupport existing and new IT DCX project, including investigation into internal and external customer issuesAll other duties as assignedEducation, Experience and Technical Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline5+ years’ experience in Software or Solution Architecture, Design and Delivery of large scale deploymentsDemonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of Dynatrace tools suite, Performance monitoring & DashboardingExperience with a variety of technologies, protocols, languages, techniques and design structures, including knowledge of Microsoft .net, MVC, Web API, WCF, HTML, AJAX, XML,CSSCritical Qualifications/Competencies:
The ability to "think outside the box" and search for innovative ways of resolving issues and delivering solutions yet leveraging existing standard offers whenever possible. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and decision makingMicrosoft .Net platform and architecture and excellent knowledge of Bell.ca Application layer a plusDemonstrate understanding of Native, Hybrid and Web mobile architecturesDemonstrated understanding of Automated TestingDemonstrate understanding of Web 2.0 technologies, including AJAX, widget development, mobile and emerging digital platformsOperational experience; troubleshooting and supportAbility to analyze, articulate and solve complex problemsBe able to work effectively with virtual and multidisciplinary teamAn excellent understanding of best practices across technologies (client/server-side, QA, deployment, project management etc.)Desire to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills are a mustJob location: Creekbank Campus (Mississauga) or Nuns Island Campus (Montreal)
