    Responsible for analytics, reporting and management of our professional service and delivery teams and improving Bell’s position with our partners to deliver on priority sales. The candidate will also work internally to improve IoT related processes with vendor on-boarding, customer on-boarding, lead generation, and competitive intelligence gathering.

    Duties:

  • Lead, plan, organize and execute partner management strategy
  • Engage and build strong relationships with Bell’s IoT partners
  • Negotiate partner contracts
  • Provide guidance to management team on partner/Onboarding PM performance analytics
  • Support selection process for new vendors
  • Drive partner efficiency and process improvements that bring customer value
  • Collect and leverage competitive intelligence on IoT services to develop new opportunities alongside our product team
  • Develop efficiencies with partner and customer on-boarding to increase lead generation
  • Report and track delivery metrics for Mobility business on-boarding and professional services from pre-sales opportunities to final billing
  • Automation of existing processes to improve Professional Services/Customer Onboarding team efficiencies
  • Working with Finance team to reconcile and verify of all Professional Services revenue
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly Professional Services/Onboarding results for Executive reviews
  • Qualifications/Competencies

  • Highly self-motivated with proactive & creative approach to problem solving
  • Highly analytical with previous experience in partner performance or finance
  • Bachelors Degree in Business management of Finance is required
  • CPA designation an asset
  • Professional and confident communicator able to negotiate and win
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Experience with Think-Cell software an asset
