    We are currently building a Smart City product for Canadian cities. This will allow them to capture data from the city in order to make better decisions for the citizen’s well being. We are already working on a pilot with 2 cities.

  • Participate in creating a User Experience Design practice in an existing team of developers

  • Embody and advocate a culture of collaboration, learning by making, and problem-solving approach while always using your creativity
  • Partner with other departments to optimize and improve efficiencies across teams. Develop documentation as needed to guide engineering teams, product teams, and customer support teams

    We are seeking:

  • A candidate with 5-10 years of User Experience and User Interface . However, if you believe you are up for the challenge with less experience, you are welcome
  • Someone with a vast toolbox of User Centric Design techniques and methodologies (like creating personas, user flows & wireframes) with the ability to apply them in an iterative development process
  • An experienced coach or team leader, who can raise the team’s game through his teaching
  • Someone who can balance strategic and tactical priorities in order to develop holistic solutions across a complex ecosystem
  • Someone who can slice and dice a business/system problem into an easy modular and maintainable solution with your team
  • A team player who can define, establish and communicate their long term vision, who is adaptable to uncertain and changing needs
  • A candidate with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills (A good sense of humour is a bonus!)
  • Bilingual (French/English)
