  • The Role:

    As part of the Learning and Development umbrella, the Employee Engagement team manages all aspects of Network’s New Grad program: recruitment, onboarding, orientation and development. As part of the team, you will help support a vast initiative that recruits 100 New Grads per year with the goal of attracting and retaining top talent. Tasks include receiving and vetting role applications, track and maintain documentation and records of applicants, efficiently communicating with team members at all hierarchical levels as well as scheduling, completing logistics and attending of recruitment and onboarding events. This position will also provide support to the learning and development and recognition teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the New Grad program strategy
  • Communicate with team members at all levels in the company
  • Work with hiring leaders in order to understand the skills and competencies required by the business
  • Align with the HR team on the strategy and improvement of hiring process
  • Work with our Talent Acquisition team to deliver sponsored events and various onsite activities
  • Manage the New Grad recruitment database
  • Recognize and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to the New Grad process
  • Other projects as identified
  • Qualifications:

  • Degree in an HR/OD/Learning and Development or relevant experience
  • Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written)
  • Self-sufficient, initiative, judgement, discipline and working methods
  • Creative spirit, flexibility, teamwork, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize and propose solutions
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft office programs (Excel & PowerPoint)
