    Role

    The Learning & Development team supports the transformation of Network’s business results and customer experience by delivering and supporting valued programs that engage team members through attracting and retaining top grade talent and continuously developing transformational skills and competencies.

    As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will help build and support the organization’s overall capacity for development, through a "culture of learning" to facilitate positive impact of the strategic priorities of the business.

    Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain a national learning strategy, focused on developing skills and competencies aligned to transformation
  • Partner with internal business leaders to assess and identify skill gaps for future learning
  • Implement improvement opportunities in processes
  • Design and deliver impactful presentations, facilitate workshops, and provide supporting materials to build organizational capacity for learning and development
  • Be proactive in seeking innovative learning opportunities
  • Qualifications

  • Related degree required – HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering learning programs, and impacting leadership efficiency through innovation approaches to learning
  • A strong communicator with strong influencing skills, with the ability to work with team members at all levels
  • Knowledge of various data collection techniques, analysis and feedback methods
  • Creative spirit, flexibility, teamwork, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluency in French and English is an asset
  • Programming experience is an asset
