The candidate we're looking for will help support and optimize the Software Development Lifecycle for Enterprise Development Initiatives and Standards, thus helping the organization to increase the Quality of the builds.
The candidate must:
Have a clear understanding on the principles and concepts that go around Software Configuration Management as well as the benefits for the Software Development Lifecycle.
Have a strong understanding of the latest development that occurred in the SCM domain.
Have a Team based Java development background and has to be very comfortable with development practises such as Agile (SCRUM), Rational Unified Process (RUP), OpenUP and traditional Waterfall.
Leading technical projects while designing and scripting, thus delivering project on time with the scoped level of quality is a requirement for this position.
