Job Duties/ Accountabilities:
Extensive experience in an enterprise environment relating to patch management, client health and operational workflows. Perform periodic reviews of security patching status supported by metrics and reports to identify and remediate risks. Knowledge of application packaging including basic PowerShell scripting for large corporate environments. Ability to create various reports based on business requirements within SSRS. Analyze, diagnosis, & resolve SCCM client endpoint issues and recommend corrective or proactive solutions via a Change Management process. Maintain compliance to corporate security policies and directives and report violations where appropriate. Perform security testing of endpoints including vulnerability assessments using supplied standardized enterprise tools. Familiarity with security testing concepts, tools and methodologies. High degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision. Problem solving via a self-driven investigative approach to mitigate re-occurring problems. Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
Minimum of 5 years professional work experience in information security Industry recognized technical certifications or equivalent work experience. Strong understanding of Enterprise Security Services including (Patching, Encryption, PKI, Active Directory and PowerShell). Ability to understand security alert syntax, nomenclature and threat type to triage incidents according to threat level. Able to communicate technical points to others at the technical, user and management levels. Operational experience with SCCM Current Branch and or Ivanti products. Experience working with 1E Nomad integration products. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills, including the ability to articulate advanced technical topics and build consensus among business and technical constituents. Proficiency in English, an understanding of French considered an asset.Work Address - Mississauga or Montreal
