Provides assessment on impacts for: organizational structure & culture, systems and tools, processes, behaviors, product and services, roles and responsibilities, skills and knowledge, workload, HR systems (performance, compensation, talent management) & physical environment.
Establishes plans and strategies in collaboration with change /communication and training colleagues.
