Description

Act as a resource for database administrators on policies, procedures and technical issues.

Plan, direct and coordinate daily activities of a department/group/team.

Manage the database administration department's daily operation.

Designs, develops and maintains organization's database, maintains database dictionaries, monitors standards and procedures and integrates systems through database design.

Generates, configures and optimizes the performance of the databases.

Supports the efforts of the test lead and deployment leads to plan, manage, and deploy the application.

This includes operating and supporting the database.

Provides input on any design decisions for interfacing or integrating databases.

Supports performance testing through database tuning.

5 to 10 years of experience.
