    Daily tasks include interacting with customers to enter cases for user gear repair and management of inventory

    Typical hours worked - Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm but hours are subject to change as we will be moving to a 24/7 model

    Why this position has arisen? Assist with workload as one of my team members shadows and assists Engineering part-time

    In the future there is potential to hire full time

    At this time no to working remotely.

    Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality
  • Work with both internal and external teams to ensure the customer’s needs are met
  • Process customer requests through utilization of the CRM tool
  • Manage and update the inventory system
  • Complete service orders
  • Process invoices and complete billing
  • Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Team oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle tasks in a professional manner
  • Self-governing and accountable, self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to adapt to change, in a competitive environment where priorities change frequently
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • A clear Bell corporate and Police security/background check is required
  • Work location - Mississauga, ON
