We are currently searching for an Intermediate IT Business Analyst to work with the Remote Access Program, specifically for Bell Canada and Aliant. This position will work with the IT Remote Access delivery team including project managers, Architecture, Operations and Corporate Security partners to understand requirements and lead process delivery.

Job Description and responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be accountable to analyze and document process/system, network and business requirements in accordance with conceptual solutions within the Remote Access / Corporate Security domain. They will have the ability to build strong partnerships with clients and vendors, to validate application designs as well as to achieve alignment and buy-in from end users. They could perform comprehensive validation, regression and performance testing, build and document all processes related to the Audit Management Plans.

Qualifications/competencies:

Strong knowledge of information security technologies, networks, and operating systems;

BA Certification

Knowledge of VPN / Remote Access

Previous experience within the Bell families of IT delivery

Skills:

Requirements management best practices - Documenting Business Requirements, System Requirements, Process.

Participate in the design, development and implementation of security initiatives to ensure the best possible measures are in place to maintain a secure operation.

Include in processes and procedures security strategies, policies and procedures.

Autonomous, resourceful, strong tolerance to ambiguity, excellent capacity for applied learning

Proven leadership, organization, resourceful, problem solving skills

Excellent ability to articulate and document technical concepts on many levels- modify approach as required for differing audiences
