Main responsibilities:

Your main challenges:

As part of the implementation team, you will work closely with the project team to understand the requirements and translate them into scenarios / test cases

Be open to converse and enjoy working closely with others to understand and not hesitate to clear the unknown

Have good knowledge of the development process, specifically in agile initiatives and particularly Scrum

Adopt and use specialized tools for performing automated tests

Make automated testing a major component of product compliance management

Participate in the continuous improvement of the methodology and best practices related to test automation

Specifically:

Contribute to the execution of manual test cases, document anomalies, test results and data used for testing

Ensure adequate test coverage (including non-functional) by identifying the optimal test cases to automate

Create an automated test code of high quality, maintainable and efficient

Work directly with the test automation expert during test planning and execution

Requirements:

Completed Bachelor’s degree related to the sector of activity and 4 years of relevant experience or University certificate / PUB 1st cycle and 4 years of relevant experience

Having 2 years’ experience in test automation including script planning, development and maintenance

Demonstrated experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment as well as the following tools;

Suite Atlassian (specifically Jira)

Java

Selenium

Soap-UI

Jenkins

Maven

Git/Bitbucket

Knowledge of the following tools are a major asset;

Xray (TCM for Atlassian/Jira)

Protractor

SauceLab

Experience in collaboration with industry standard IDEs (especially Eclipse)

Experience working with databases and writing complex SQL queries

Comfortable with the client-server paradigm

Have a solid foundation on the http / https and ldap protocols

The ability to work in a team

Be stringent and detail-oriented

English, Mandatory, French, an asset

The candidate will be working from home during COVID time until further notice. Also, in normal situation, there could be opportunities of working from home.
