Seeking a Business Analyst with telecom industry experience or knowledge, who possess the logical understanding that a cloud management service, is an intangible type of service offering.

The BA will be responsible for managing all billing for OPEX Cloud Services, extract and perform business analysis and identify trends with data, to provide insights to help optimize the cloud services and offerings, provided to clientele and identify risks.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Manage all billing for cloud services: Preparation and maintenance of Hybrid Cloud OPEX budget, OPEX Network Cloud expense and budget tracking, Create PO requests for OPEX Hybrid Cloud
  • Provide data to the finance group for the transfer of costs to internal partners, and participate in the creation of integrating a process, for the transfer of OPEX fees to internal partners.
  • Create and maintain the "% goals" list for capitalized time and follow up with Network Cloud managers.
  • Provide clarity and insights based on data results in order to contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPI).

Mandatory qualifications:

  • Advanced level experience using MS Excel, Access and Powerpoint: Must have experience in data management, mining, and analysis and ability to identify trends and risks, from the data, and communicate them.
  • Must be fluent in both French & English
  • Based in Montreal
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts and experience using SAP system.
  • Knowledge of how a procurement process works.
