Flex hours, possible to work from remote? – working from remote until at least SeptemberWe are currently recruiting an ambitious Intermediate Software Developer to join the IoT team. You will play a pivotal role in defining and building the evolution of our IoT solutions.
You will be working with a creative team where we expect our team members to make key decisions and take ownership over their projects. We highly encourage collaboration with our engineering teams across all projects.

Required qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience 2 years of hands-on experience with software development experience with enterprise systems integration Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud, Kubernetes, Unix/Linux environments, developing large software systems Experience programming in NodeJs, Java, Javascript, Express and using GiT and DevOps tools Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a broad range of audiences Preferred qualifications:
MS degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience Experience with Test Driven Development/Test automation Comfortable working with w Azure, Docker, Kubernetes Comfortable designing APIs, Microservices Architecture Cloud based environments such as Azure, IoT Central, Event Hub, CosmoDB, Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Time Series Insights Messaging frameworks: Kafka, EventHub, Confluent Kafka 5 years of direct experience working with a variety of enterprise solutions, processing IoT sensor data, IoT data pipelines, or developing business applications Experience in the business technology market, and expertise working closely with sales and marketing teams in SaaS solutions or related technical fields 5 years of direct experience developing IoT solutions Experience in the transportation / logistics industry is an asset Building and documenting re-usable API systems for use by other development teams Understanding of the current state of infrastructure automation, continuous integration/deployment, SQL/NoSQL, security, networking, and cloud-based delivery models Responsibilities:
