Position Description


Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension and permanence

Required: BA with experience in banking and regulatory projects

- Experience in data integration projects

- Synthesis skills up to an executive level

- Leadership in aligning business needs and proposed solutions Your key challenges :

- Facilitate committees and workshops involving stakeholders from different sectors to understand business scenarios/problems

- Analyze (feasibility, impacts, process) and communicate results to stakeholders

- Analyze, document and prioritize different types of business requirements and needs

- Identify, analyze, document current processes, then propose, confirm and communicate target processes using recognized modeling techniques

- Develop communication deliverables to support the common understanding of the issues and promote the mobilization of stakeholders

- Actively participate in the definition of test strategies and scenarios and participate in testing with the project team


- Knowledge of JIRA/Tempo/Confluence

- Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams)

- Knowledge of banking processes and systems

- Proficient in organizational process analysis methods.

- Knowledge of quality assurance processes (test strategies and scenarios)

- Bilingualism (oral and written) Personal skills

- Ability to analyze and synthesize

- Ability to influence, convince and initiate change

- Good listening and interpersonal skills
