We are currently searching for an Intermediate IT Business Analyst to work with IT Security Strategy and Data team. The position will work with various teams within IT, Corporate Security and Network.

Job Description and responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be accountable to participate and document Business requirements, processes and workflows to support application and data security. They will have the ability to build strong partnerships with various Bell teams, supporting end-to-end processes. They could perform comprehensive validation and testing; build and document all processes related to the focus areas.

Qualifications/competencies:

Strong knowledge of information security & associated technologies

Experience with security maturity framework (i.e. ISF) is preferred

BA Certification or equivalent work experience

Previous experience within the client families of IT delivery

Requirements/skills:

Utilize management best practices - Documenting Business Requirements, Business process and workflow

Participate in the design, development and implementation of security strategy and initiatives to ensure the best possible measures are in place to enhance application security; including processes, procedures and policies.

Autonomous, resourceful, strong tolerance to ambiguity, excellent capacity for applied learning

Proven leadership, organization, resourceful, problem solving skills

Excellent ability to articulate and document technical concepts on many levels- modify approach as required for differing audiences

Working conditions:

Ability to work efficiently in virtual teams, handling multiple initiatives and deliverables.
