Your main challenges:
Be responsible for the definition, planning, organization and delivery of initiatives (features) in agile modeLeading complex and strategic projects involving a multitude of internal and matrix partners (multi-sector integration)Be responsible for one or more initiatives including IT, organizational and operational deliverablesDevelop a strong understanding of the business needs, specifications, issues, risks, context and components of the initiativeRepresent the project in various governance forums with various stakeholdersCreate and communicate follow-up reports that are tailored to the various audiences, comprehensive and demonstrate high quality and information literacyRigorously manage the scope to ensure commitments are met: on time, on budget and within quality parametersEnsure that business value is always delivered in a timely mannerPromote appropriate solutions and make recommendations to rectify any situation that may affect the smooth running of projects.Requirements
Bachelor's degree related to the industry and 10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the industry and 8 years of relevant experience5 to 10 years of experience in managing major IT projectsExperience in the banking industry is an assetExperience in regulatory projects is an assetComfortable with Agile deliveryAbility to liaise between different stakeholders (Squad, other sectors of the NLC)Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, concise and accurate manner both verbally and in writingExcellent problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong influencing and negotiation skills
