Bilingualism: An asset, the consultant must be fluent in French (mandatory)

# Years of experience: 3-5 years

Creates, maintains and implements source code to develop applications and programs that meet the needs and requirements of clients using front-end programming languages (Java).

Experience with SailPoint IIQ is a plus.

Ideally looking for someone who has studied programming although the resource does not necessarily have several years of experience.
