IMPORTANT

What types of projects will this candidate be working on? Siebel (EOM), CRM (Salesforce).

Typical hours worked? 7.5 hrs daily 37.5 weekly.

Reason for hire: Backfill Contractor position.

Any potential to hire Full time? None at this time

Flex hours, possible to work from remote? Currently due to COVID yes – when we get back to the office they need to come in

Sales & Operations Data from Salesforce, they will be working on other internal systems

Used to build reports - In Excel and from Salesforce – reports & dashboard

Candidate should have some sort of ERP & CRM knowledge they should have an understanding of these systems work even if they are not familiar with Siebel - - (Siebel is the platform on which we have EOM our internal ERP system

If they have Siebel knowledge would be beneficial not mandatory we can coach them on this system

Advance Excel Skills, Pivot, VLookup, Macro & If Statements

Knowledge of CRM Salesforce Reports & Dashboard building experience (Salesforce Lightning Version)

Knowledge of EOM/ Siebel ERP Application

Team Player Communicating with various teams, Sales, Operations, Finance, IT & PM

Working on various project along with your Team Lead
