Typical hours worked - 37.5H per week

Why has this position arisen, backfill? To offload one of my regional prime

Any potential to hire Full time? Difficult to tell But could be a possibility if the person is highly talented individual

Flex hours, possible to work from remote - Yes flex hours possible. We have to be ready to spend time back to office around Q4 this year (Mississauga or Montreal office)

  • Strong understanding of 5G and LTE end to end with in-depth expertise in Nokia and Ericsson vendors on both FDD and TDD technologies.
  • Experience with 5G NSA deployments from global markets with a focus of improving the performance and user experience.
  • In-depth understanding of LTE, and 5G NSA features and parameters.
  • Ability to analyze internal eNB/gNB, UE logs for quick troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Highly autonomous, self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrated abilities to lead efficiently Performance investigation with other technical teams.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal and decision-making skills are required.
  • Identify and implement automation and continuous improvement solutions.
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for position in Quebec.
