The Client Care Representative is responsible for being on the front lines and directly resolving issues from our Radio Clients. The candidate needs to offer a superior quality of service while using the tools available to him/her. Perfectly utilizing the tools and being comfortable in a continuously changing environment is key. The candidate chosen has the responsibility to find a win-win solution in efforts to resolve various issues presented from our clients.
