    The Pricing team is seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to drive revenue and churn targets in a fast paced, highly competitive marketplace. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a high profile, dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities to develop and manage in-market pricing and promotions for client’s Employee Purchase Plan segment.

    Reporting to the Senior Pricing Manager, the EPP Pricing Specialist is responsible for the development of strategies and tactics to price our services in a competitive manner while maximizing our revenue generation potential and retaining customers. In addition, the EPP Pricing Specialist will be responsible for managing various short to long-term projects aimed at either creating new pricing system functionality or improving client experience. Finally, the EPP Pricing Specialist will play a pivotal role in coordinating pricing changes across cross-functional stakeholders. The fast-paced environment in which the team operates in is very dynamic and offers plenty of opportunity for challenge, growth and development for a motivated self-starter

    Job Duties/Accountabilities

  • Support the Pricing Manager in leading the service pricing strategy for client’s Employee Purchase Plan segment
  • Manage price builds, operations, and end to end execution for in market & retention rate plan products and services
  • Leverage ongoing analysis to determine pricing effectiveness and identify market opportunities
  • Present results / insights to senior leadership team to help drive pricing decisions
  • Manage and / or participate in cross functional projects
  • Work cross functionally with campaign marketing, marketing communications, channel marketing and Loyalty & Retention on pricing tactics
  • Work cross functionally with Product, IT, Business Intelligence and Network teams on various projects including new product launches, acquisition and base campaigns or unique system implementations required to support ongoing Pricing or Client Care initiatives
  • The EPP Pricing Specialist will have a relentless focus on executing our pricing flawlessly and striving for a seamless experience that will delight our clients. They will be creative and innovative in identifying new opportunities and solutions, and provide analytics to support their ideas and recommendations.

    Critical Qualifications/Competencies

  • University degree with a Business, Economics, Marketing, or Mathematics and/or related discipline
  • Proven ability in project management and leading large cross functional teams
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SAS and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of the evolving competitive telecom environment
  • Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
