Support program management in the Video/TV technology area, including the following areas: o Agile Portfolio Manager Support management of the Video/TV technology portfolio/funnel, including linkages with business partners and with execution release trains across multiple domains - Release Train Engineer (RTE) Manage deliverables within an Agile Release train to deliver specific initiatives within the Video/TV Technology areaHours worked - 37.5 hours per week - Occasional work outside of normally operating hours depending on stage of projectPotential for full time - Potential but depends at opportunities available in team at that timeDue to covid, all current work is remote. Agile Portfolio Manager – Support management of the Video/TV technology portfolio/funnel, including linkages with business partners and with execution release trains across multiple domainsvideo specific experience is not mandatory. However experience in delivering complex technology projects across multiple domains is highly preferredRelease Train Engineer (RTE) – Manage deliverables within an Agile Release train to deliver specific initiatives within the Video/TV Technology areaAs an Agile Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role in the evolution of client’s delivery of new products and services to TV customers, working with senior management across network, IT and business, to facilitate a continuous delivery of video features and technologies, while aligning planning and investments with business strategy. Focused on the next 12-36 months, the main mandate is help ensure that the TV team is aligning our priorities, capital and resources to deliver the most value, at the right time, to move our business forward.
Responsibilities include:

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent degree or experience)Recognized subject matter expert in Agile methods, obtained through advanced education and work experienceProfessional Project Management or Agile Practitioner (including SAFe) certificationsTechnical Leadership
10+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams; PMP (or equivalent) preferredIn depth knowledge of the end to end video services and architectures for FibeTV & FibeTV App including video delivery, infrastructure, and featuresAdvanced experience with Agile methodology practicesExperience in deploying large systems in productionExperience in Software Development Lifecycle projectsManage Relationships

Work hours are Mondays to Fridays, approximately 37.5 hours/weekFlexible work start and finish timesSome overtime may be required in order to meet deadlinesSome travel required
