Mission:

Is the guardian of the Agile practice and ensures that the team follows the values and principles, as well as the processes and practices that the team has agreed to use.

Is the facilitator of an agile analysis and development team.

Helps the team determine which external interactions are helpful and which are blockers.

Helps maximize the value produced by the team.

You will be responsible for:

-Coordinate the activities of 3 separate teams by planning and managing the various deliverables in project and operational mode

-Leading agile ceremonies

-Ensure team cohesion and raise risks and issues to the manager

-Work in collaboration with the asset manager to follow up on the different deliverables.

The candidate must be fluent in French and English.
