Description
Duration: 6-7 months with possibility of permanence.
Bilingualism: Bilingual spoken and written. (Bilingual and English-speaking work team)
Maximum rate: Open
Remote: 100% remote. All work is currently done remotely and in hybrid mode planned to return to normal as soon as the situation allows.
*The resource will be required to work with the vulnerability management team. Cloud/ AWS NOT required for this position.*
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for contextualizing, prioritizing, assigning, tracking and closing vulnerabilities.
- Receive and validate results of vulnerability detection activities;
- Contribute to the establishment of vulnerability remediation/mitigation plans;
- Follow up on the management of vulnerabilities with stakeholders;
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements for vulnerability management;
- Produce and ensure the quality of metrics related to vulnerability management;
- Contribute to the development, maintenance and improvement of documentation in support of vulnerability management processes and procedures;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize vulnerability remediation.
Technical Skills:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in vulnerability management, Threat intelligence or security incident response, or at least 5 years of IT experience;
- In-depth knowledge of vulnerability management, infrastructure, application, and cloud security.
- Knowledge of vulnerability scoring systems (CVSS), OWASP TOP 10, MITRE, and NIST controls;
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7.
- Hold CISSP or COMPTIA Security+ certification (an asset).
