The Salesforce Solution Hub is a customer team that is in charge of Salesforce best practices, maintenance, support and evolution requests for Salesforce instances.
In your role you will be responsible of maintenance and support activities for certain Salesforce instances plus certain ad-hoc tasks.
Maintenance and support activities examples:
• Respond to requests from business users / coaches
• Resolve application bugs
• Work through a backlog of small enhancements
• Scheduled imports
Ad-hoc tasks examples:
• Participate in security validations for certain instances or validations against best practices
• Data import activities
• Documenting processes
• POCs for Salesforce features
• Salesforce release validations
Requirements:
• Fully bilingual: You would respond to requests or discuss with users that are located all over Canada
• Must have:
o Support experience (analyzing/prioritizing requests, respecting SLAs, escalations, good communication skills)
o Hands-on implementation experience with Sales / Service Cloud
o Hands-on Salesforce admin experience
o Hands-on Salesforce consultant experience
• Good to have:
o Experience with Financial Services Cloud
