Description

- Responsible for the execution of the solution of complete business processes.

- Responsible for the technical elements and NFR of the backlog. He's the peer of the PO.

- Masters and documents at a detailed level the data flows supporting the business processes impacted by the solution.?

- Produce technological solutions that meet business needs, both functional and non-functional, and that are aligned with the company's orientations;

- Be a catalyst for change and technological evolution and influence both the business line and the development team

- Participate in cost evaluations;

- Be aware of and understand the impacts of technology on business processes and applications in order to communicate them to different types of audiences;

- Communicate these changes to stakeholders and lead workshops to formulate value-added solutions;

- Ensure that the activities under your responsibility run smoothly, from development to production, as well as the quality of the technological solutions.

Required skills:

Completed Bachelor's degree, related to the industry, and seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant experience;

Experience as a solution architect in the financial environment;

Minimum 5 years of experience with system integration technologies (APIs, microservices, SOA, ESB, Kafka, etc.);

Experience with Java and Kafka an asset;

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Sybase, Oracle or Postgresql and mongoDB);

Knowledge of security concepts (SAML, OAuth, OpenID);

Experience with Cloud solutions; OpenShift, AWS, Kubernetes or GCP a strong plus;

Demonstrated political acumen and positive leadership;

Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure;

Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English is required
