Duration of the mandate: 6 months (with possibility of extension and permanence)

In your daily job :

- Ensure the management and implementation of large-scale business and technological projects prioritized by the business sector, by creating a climate conducive to motivation and by adequately exercising your leadership

- Diagnose problematic situations, intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring the implementation of solutions and mitigation/contingency plans

- Initiate changes and encourage a rethinking of the way things are done in a perspective of continuous improvement in order to achieve the set objectives

- Optimize the use of project resources on an ongoing basis to achieve the sector's objectives

- Raise and manage the risks and issues inherent to the project and the sector in a constant and proactive manner

- Produce various reports to monitor the progress of the project and provide status updates, while adapting communication to the audience

- Manage stakeholders and maintain good relations with internal and external collaborators

- Ensure governance and good communication channels are in place between project collaborators and ensure constant communication with all stakeholders

- Be a transformational agent to promote our values and zero tolerance for non-aligned behavior

Requirements:

- Completed Bachelor's degree, related to the industry, and 10 years of relevant experience or completed Master's degree, related to the industry, and 8 years of relevant experience

- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager or scrum master in large-scale projects

- Experience managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams

- Experience in delivering regulatory projects is an asset

- Experience in workshop facilitation and coaching

- Mastery of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)

- Comfortable with the Agile delivery mode, knowledge of the SAFe framework

- Knowledge of the banking industry, an asset

- Rigor, result oriented, ability to negotiate

- Ability to explain issues, risks and business objectives in simple terms

- Good communication and synthesis skills at all levels of the organization

- Influential leadership with a strong political sense

- Cooperate effectively, be accountable

- Strong ability to adapt to change
