THE CHALLENGES

- Accompany the various partners in their business or technical solutions.

- Understand and challenge business needs and convert them into functional requirements while ensuring traceability of requirements.

- Within the framework of the agile methodology, write detailed functional analyses (aligned with the business needs and the architecture solution), validate them with the business partners, present them to the developers and validate their proper implementation.

- Ensure communication with business partners during the various development phases.

- Carry out functional tests and assist the test team in the development and execution of acceptance tests for the developed solutions.

- Design and support the development of the defined solutions so that they meet the required functional and technical standards.

- Diagnose, perform, coordinate and resolve problems related to the proper functioning of the solutions.

- Be able to perform data analysis.

- Learn and apply new methodologies to achieve the organization's objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration or equivalent

- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT as a functional analyst

- Experience in a banking environment desirable

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Collaborates effectively

- Demonstrates autonomy

- Knowledge and practical experience with agile development methodologies

- Experience in producing detailed and relevant user stories within a project using agile methodology

- Knowledge and practical experience in quality assurance testing

- Experience in scripting and automated test execution is an asset

- Relevant knowledge of data integration or data management solutions, an asset

- Excellent interpersonal skills in a team environment and in dealing with business partners

- Effective time management

- Bilingualism and excellent verbal and written communication skills
