The positions are considered home dispatched and on the road installation at customer premises.

Hours per week 37.5

Day to day - . Programming and Installing two-way radios on customer vehicles.

Install radios

provide documentation.

Top 3 skill sets - :

Technical,

installation experience

hands-on individual.

Qualifications - Ability to learn. Knowledge of vehicle’s wiring.

Ideal candidate - Experience with car stereo installation, experience with RF.

No testing in interviews

Responsible for installing and supporting two way radios onsite.

Support includes physical and remote installation, maintenance and support of a wide variety of network related technologies.

Qualifications include:

Undergraduate Degree or Certificate;

Excellent customer service skills;

and Demonstrated experience supporting customers with network issues
