  • A Scrum Master with 3-5 years of experience and a Scrum Master Certification
  • Good understanding of IT technologies (programming, cloud architecture, micro services, automation) and practices (DevOps, TDD, Continuous Integration, mob programming) and a vast toolbox of practices with the capacity to juggle them to fit the team’s needs. For example: Lean, Agile, Scrum & Kanban, Kata, Lean Startup
  • Project administration skill to support the team to complete their own. For example: budget forecasting, project charter, invoicing, etc.
  • We are open to two locations: Toronto (GTA) and Montreal

    Key responsibilities

  • Focus the team to help them deliver business value through Agile techniques
  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, increase transparency and create a team spirit
  • Influence and onboard internal and external partners in Agile project delivery
  • Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
  • Develop and gather relevant KPIs
  • Support Manager with maintaining budget accuracy
  • Be creative in your Agile techniques and go beyond the book
  • Minimum qualifications

  • A Scrum Master with 3-5 years of experience and a Scrum Master Certification
  • Someone with a vast toolbox of practices with the capacity to juggle them to fit the team’s needs. For example: Lean, Agile, Scrum & Kanban, Kata, Lean Startup
  • A candidate who is passionate for process improvement
  • An analytic spirit who sees a product/system as a series of small deliverable who has the ability to transfer this vision through workshops (story mapping, customer journey etc.)
  • A realistic mind who can understand project administration needs and supports the team to complete their own. For example: budget forecasting, project charter, invoicing, etc.
