A Scrum Master with 3-5 years of experience and a Scrum Master Certification

Good understanding of IT technologies (programming, cloud architecture, micro services, automation) and practices (DevOps, TDD, Continuous Integration, mob programming) and a vast toolbox of practices with the capacity to juggle them to fit the team’s needs. For example: Lean, Agile, Scrum & Kanban, Kata, Lean Startup

Project administration skill to support the team to complete their own. For example: budget forecasting, project charter, invoicing, etc.

Key responsibilities

Focus the team to help them deliver business value through Agile techniques

Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving

Facilitate discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, increase transparency and create a team spirit

Influence and onboard internal and external partners in Agile project delivery

Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog

Develop and gather relevant KPIs

Support Manager with maintaining budget accuracy

Be creative in your Agile techniques and go beyond the book

Minimum qualifications

A Scrum Master with 3-5 years of experience and a Scrum Master Certification

Someone with a vast toolbox of practices with the capacity to juggle them to fit the team’s needs. For example: Lean, Agile, Scrum & Kanban, Kata, Lean Startup

A candidate who is passionate for process improvement

An analytic spirit who sees a product/system as a series of small deliverable who has the ability to transfer this vision through workshops (story mapping, customer journey etc.)

A realistic mind who can understand project administration needs and supports the team to complete their own. For example: budget forecasting, project charter, invoicing, etc.
