About The Team

We collaborate with HR partner, IT and various technology partners IT to support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience and HR efficiency HR. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

About The Role

  • 3-6 years experience. May be an expert in one or more of the major areas ie: platform administration, platform configuration and application support.
  • In partnership to coordinate level 2 application escalations between IT and the platform provider.
  • Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
  • Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements
  • Evaluates new developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends possible systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems
  • Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Works under the direction of a project manager.
  • Asset to have experience support health screening applications and configuration for highly sensitive data.


  • Relevant work experience in supporting cloud applications and infrastructure management (SaaS)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Relevant work experience in supporting cloud applications (SaaS) [Preferred]
  • Passion for cloud based technologies [Preferred]
  • Experience in supporting highly sensitive data (Asset)


  • Work from home for now, flexible in future
  • Hours per day - 7.5 hours
  • Day to day - The contractor will be supporting the launch of Thrive Health application through platform administration and configuration and application support.
  • The contractor will be the liaison between IT and the platform provider to support the operations of the platform at a corporate wide level
  • First 6 month deliverable - The contractor will contribute to the success of the Thrive application at a corporate wide level
  • Interviews - Behavioral interview and simple case study questions
  • Full time - Dependent on business needs and performance
