The Customer Operations Design and Delivery team is at the forefront in new system development and system integrations, being responsible for large capital programs focused on helping achievement of Bell’s Strategic Imperatives. Key Responsibilities:
Take an analytical approach to evaluate projects call center impacts, build business requirements, and involve many operational teams such as, communication teams, planning teams and other key stakeholders. Perform data collection plans and analysisEffectively engage, lead and influence cross functional teams to deliver highest level of quality on all projects within committed timeline and scope, as well as meet all project requirements and deliverablesCreate and manage project plans and related documentation in accordance with established project management methodology (Project Charter, Scope, WBS, Budget, Action Registers, etc.)Lead and / or partner with IT PM to create mapping and targeted customer experienceEngage and build strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to incorporate their goals, and instill confidence to ensure alignment to and adoption of solutionsProvide regular updates on project status, including risks analysis and risk management plan to senior managementIdentification of new opportunities and related solutions to deliver benefits above committed project deliverablesProcess map critical processes to create CMO and FMO redesign processes for optimal performance; monitor process performance for deviations to apply appropriate corrective actionExperience / Core Competencies:
